Stopped in to ask about a TSB I had heard about. So I had heard about the possibility of a TSB for my car in one of the enthusiast groups on Facebook. Stopped in to see my main man, Max Woodsmall to see what the deal was. Two seconds with his fingers on the keys and we found out that it was actually a RECALL on the High Beam Assist for the car.... A simple "Software" issue. (Software issue.... My first car was a 63 Mopar.... ) He had the car in and out before I could avail myself of a second cup of complimentary Sbux coffee! Of course, being a recall... no cost to me but even so, car is under full warranty, I was expecting none anyhow. Max did REMIND me though.... my first oil change (WITH full synthetic I might add) is... FREE. Something I probably had forgotten. He's a good man. And thorough. More

O’Brien has the best, friendliest, most helpful and reasonably priced service center EVE Since 2004 I’ve owned a Hyundai and now a new Subaru Outback. O’Brien has the best, friendliest, most helpful and reasonably priced service center EVER! My 3:30 appointment was delayed by a flat tire! Thankfully I had Roadside Service and got back on the road in 40 minutes. My service advisor assured me they would do my oil change and take care of my tire situation even with the delay. My mechanic volunteered to stay late to replace and align all 4 tires which I appreciated so I wouldn’t have to come back on a later date. I can’t say enough about this EXCELLENT Service Department! Thank you O’Brien Automotive. More
Great service. NO wash. Service is great, quick and they keep you informed. However, a car wash is supposed to be included after 4 years using them I've only had two washes, Service is great, quick and they keep you informed. Service not on par with previous visits Brought my car in for 30,000 mile service. Worked with consultant Max. Agreed to the $389.95 service package which included tire rotation and alignm Brought my car in for 30,000 mile service. Worked with consultant Max. Agreed to the $389.95 service package which included tire rotation and alignment among other things. I was called and told that my tires needed to be replaced and that Obrien could provide new tires. I was also told that I needed to have my air filter replaced. I told Max that I didn’t understand, since I just replaced my air filter three days prior. I told Max that I would not be purchasing new tires from Obrien but would purchase elsewhere. I told him that because they needed replacement I probably did not need a front end alignment or tire rotation and asked for a bill recalculation. He told me that the work had already been started and that it was too late to undo. The work should have never been started until he talked to me about the tires. I also had an issue with my clock that was never fixed. No one likes their service or bill to be padded. Because of my experience, I will never bring my car into O’Brien for service again unless it is for a recall. More
