Length of service. One time I had to have a new tire put on as the present tire had a nail in it. That took about two and a half hours! My car was flooded, prior to Hurr One time I had to have a new tire put on as the present tire had a nail in it. That took about two and a half hours! My car was flooded, prior to Hurricane Irma, and I did not get it back for about a month! Recently you had to put in a new cable for the trunk. That took three days. I also think your customer service could be improved. In the past I have had trouble getting through to talk to someone. One time my attorney daughter called I never received a reply. When one is put on hold the music is horribly loud and obnoxious. I have reluctantly given Jose, listed below, five stars per my reluctant agreement. More
