Avoid this dealership for service!!! Brought our 2013 Outback in for repair and had them tell us the wheel bearings were bad. Now having been a mechanic my whole life, I tried to tell the Brought our 2013 Outback in for repair and had them tell us the wheel bearings were bad. Now having been a mechanic my whole life, I tried to tell them I was pretty sure that was not the noise and it sounded like it was coming from inside the tire. They insisted it was wheel bearings and they go out all the time, so I let them replace them. Well guess what, when I picked my car up it still made the same noise. Brought it back and they realized the tire pressure monitor broke off in tire. They fixed it but refused to make good on their screw up. Charged me $800.00 for a $150.00 repair. More

Shady mechanic My mother brought her car in for service on Friday which cost her over $300 and the mechanic came in and ask her if it was missing out .She said "no My mother brought her car in for service on Friday which cost her over $300 and the mechanic came in and ask her if it was missing out .She said "no" he said "well it is now "and did a diagnostic test which cost another $60 and he told her something about the fuel injection .that would cost another $300 and something .she did not allow service at that time . My brother looked at the car over the weekend because it started acting up then the air-conditioner stopped working .he found a wire that had been taken loose and pushed under the battery .He hooked it back up and the car is running fine now . Leaving on 3/23/17 for HHI, noticed a psi tire problem 2 days in a row on my 2017 Santa Fe, called the service department at 11a today, was told to bring it in at 3p, dealt with Service Advisor Nick Vella, problem solved by 4:15p. I make my reservations online and all of my records are at one central location. The price is good for the services provided, I do not feel like I am getting gouged like I have at other dealerships. They bring me a summary of the condition of my car and help me decide which things need to be addressed immediately and which ones will need to be addressed going forward, so there are no surprises.
