brand new genesis, brand new brakes, rusty rotors? after picking up my new Genesis, drove it 1200 miles and noticed the brake pedal pulsating during non-emergency braking. apparently, if a new car si after picking up my new Genesis, drove it 1200 miles and noticed the brake pedal pulsating during non-emergency braking. apparently, if a new car sits long enough before being driven, something happens to the brake rotors. Additional and serendipidous surprise I went in for a recall notice on the parking brake, but asked at the time if the dealer knew how to get spray paint of the console and gearshift lever I went in for a recall notice on the parking brake, but asked at the time if the dealer knew how to get spray paint of the console and gearshift lever. When my wife transported an uncovered can of white spray paint on her way to purchase another like can for me, she hit a bump and the spray can (placed conveniently in the console cup holder) "went off". The gentleman from the service area said he would ask how to effectively remove the spattered paint. The recall service was completed within 15 minutes and when I drove the car (2015 Outback) out, I immediately noticed that all of the spattered paint had been completely removed with no damage to the gearshift lever covering. In all candor, I found this to be pretty damned impressive. Thanks so much for your excellent service. More
