They try to up charge you for things your car doesn’t need. I went in to do my routine service and was concerned about my break pads. 1st Oil change went smoothly. Had to return for Fuel Door Issue. Part was ordered. Dropped off for apt. App Said checked in but never updated as to progress. Every time was asked who the service advisor was, and I was never told who it was. I was hung up on several times. Then they said they would have to "Grind down the area" on the car that was sticking and repaint!!! And there were many service bulletins on the defect. ??? Finally picked up car and the painted area is still tacky and the door sticks when lever pulled to open. Not a very professional experience! Why if this car was a dealer loaner why did they never fix this issue before the car was sold?? More
