At my last visit I asked that my car radio and air condition be checked and neither was done, but you did not fail to mention multiple additional services needed. Upon my 12/24/2024, my car radio setting was changed (not radio the station), from radio turning off after the engine was turned off and the car door opened in this order, to immediately (radio) turning off after the car engine was turned off. The air conditioner on the passenger side takes a long time to cool off, and is always a lot warmer than the driver's side even at the same or lower temperature. The driver's side heats up well, but the passenger's does not heat up at all even when it's turned up on high. When I went to pick up my car I was standing in front of your service adviser 5 to 10 minutes before he acknowledged my presence. I would have never treated one of my client in this manner.! I will consider going to the Hyundai dealership in Naples to have my car serviced. Lastly, your documented stated that I declined RECALL at this time, instead of saying you do not have the recall parts. This is a blatant lie, I did NOT declined recall maintenance. Sorry, zero to one star only. More
