I always have a problem when I take my car there. This time someone ripped off my SunPass sticker. I wouldn’t go there, but I have free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle. The time before that, the service department told me they were nullifying my warrantee because I wouldn’t pay $950 for a service my 6 month old vehicle needed. They are crooks. More
From arrival to departure once again Hyundai of Ft Myers disappoints. Last time 6 hrs to do an oil change and an update which they failed to notify us when complete. We were waiting. this time 3 hrs for jus disappoints. Last time 6 hrs to do an oil change and an update which they failed to notify us when complete. We were waiting. this time 3 hrs for just an oil change. This time told us a lug nut was missing and it was $38 dollars to replaced it! I called Naples Hyundai they said lug nuts for my make and model cost $9.16 they had 10 in stock. . I live in Lee i dont think that i should have to go to Naples or Charlotte to have service done on my car I bought it at a dealer in FT Myers. Then they spilled oil all over the engine i guess the mechanic could not find where the oil goes. The worst decision was to buy another Hyundai. We had 2 others had no problems it was OBrian at the time. Now its poor service or trade the car. More

The person who took care of me was Robinson. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions, and kept me posted.
