My service advisor Efe responded quickly to my email regarding the problem and resolved the problem as soon as I brought the vehicle back. He was very helpful, however, if the job had been done correctly the first time I wouldn’t have had to drive nearly 50 minutes back the following day to the dealership to get this repaired. Last year I had the same issue with the service department where the job was not done correctly. I had to bring the car back a second time because they did not install a window seal the right way and they had to re-order the part and I had to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get it fixed correctly. Until this day that seal still doesn’t look right.

Service staff are responsive and good listeners. I have an extended warranty so the manager had to deal with Assurant on an 1800 repair. There are delays on parts which I attribute to tarries. More
