I had to come back because the under carriage was not properly attached after an oil change. They were able to reattach without me waiting 2 hours. I have a hard time understanding why dealerships like yours make the service advisers nothing more than salespeople. I had a situation where I had a warranty that I purchased from the dealership. The service adviser was incapable of filing a claim that I had to tell him what to do after calling the warranty company myself that he claimed he spent all day trying to reach. He could have given a rats xxx to how inconvenient it was to me. Put no effort into getting the warranty company to pay. Made me put on a credit card repair that was clearly covered. Again by a warranty that I purchased at the same dealership. But now I have to keep my fingers crossed that the dealership will honor crediting my credit card when the dealership gets paid from the warranty company. WHAT??! Exactly. I am so stressed with the entire ordeal. I will never, ever, pay a dime for service here again. However, I will force them to uphold the warranty obligation. Even if it means legal litigation. More
