Service help is friendly and professional however my vehicle was serviced and I was told the problem was fixed only two days later same issues occurred. In addition no oil change sticker placed on winds vehicle was serviced and I was told the problem was fixed only two days later same issues occurred. In addition no oil change sticker placed on windshield. Have they stopped providing the little stickers to show when your next oil change is due ??? More

Arrived on a Monday at noon for a 12:30pm appointment; found only one service line open backed up with cars; after 15 minutes waiting I went inside to learn that many service advisers were not present at found only one service line open backed up with cars; after 15 minutes waiting I went inside to learn that many service advisers were not present at work that day or at lunch; seemed very disorganized; waited a total of 30 minutes to have my car taken into service; took 1 hour 30 minutes for the complimentary oil change and inspection which was OK since I was told this in advance.
