Took my 2020 Santa Fe in for a break job and oil change. The brakes took a little longer to do, but the technician, Ernesto, stayed after closing to ensure the job was done right. The service rep, Chloe kept me informed every 15 minutes as to the status of the car. The Uber trip to/from my house so I didn’t need to wait all afternoon in the waiting room was an additional surprise. Will I come back for all my service needs? A resounding yes, I will. Waited 15 minutes to get checked in. The dealership was very busy. Customer service was very friendly & ensured me I would be out in time to make my next appointment. The time before that, the service department told me they were nullifying my warrantee because I wouldn’t pay $950 for a service my 6 month old vehicle needed. They are crooks. More
