I took my Santa Fe in to fix a leak in an air conditioning hose. The LABOR charge was $599. The time between when I was called to authorize the repair and the time I was called to let me know the conditioning hose. The LABOR charge was $599. That computes to a labor rate of $555/ hour, which is obscene!! More

Although I made a reservation for an oil change several weeks in advance, once I got to the appointment they did not have my filter in stock and had to go get one. I know you had car information so why was weeks in advance, once I got to the appointment they did not have my filter in stock and had to go get one. I know you had car information so why wasn't the filter there when I arrived? This oil change lasted 3 hours and 45 minute. For a simple oil change. Come on people, get it together. When I inquired about the timing I was given stories about the mechanic needing to clean the engine by steaming it (??) and all kinds of other fantasy excuses. Lost my faith in you guys. Never know what story I might be given and whether to believe it or not. More

Scheduled service appointment was for 9:15. Upon arrival was told it would be at least 2-3 hours. Lyft service took me to a shopping mall, transport was good. When time to head back to dealership Lyft service never came; 2 different attempts were made. I found an alternative to get me back to dealership. To say the least I was furious. Then to get my car back dirty, no one bothered to run it through the onsite car wash. Very poor service department. More
