Not only that, the technician took my personal home keys that were in a separate area of the car. I noticed when I arrived home. I had to drive from Estero back to the dealership to pick them up. Why would a technician take my personal house keys when the key fob is what starts the car. This is not my first terrible experience with this dealership. For now on I'll use the Naples dealership.
