Both my wife and I have Hyundais and have had them serviced here many times. Today was my last time to put up with their crap. When you book a time and date for a service online, it automatically de serviced here many times. Today was my last time to put up with their crap. When you book a time and date for a service online, it automatically defaults to you dropping off the car, and you can’t change it. Which means that service will take at least an hour longer than if you were waiting on it, even though you are waiting for it. Pricing is whatever they feel like that day. Coupons? Ha! It’s included in the “special” pricing. And when it’s all done, there is a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. The good news is we have a new service option near the house and no longer will be making the drive to the dealership. More
I was sent a text message with $1500 of recommended service for my vehicle with 36,000 miles that runs fine with no explanation at all (came for an oil change). When I went to pick it up, I got no discussion or explanation about any of the recommended service items. I also brought it in to have my speaker system checked and was told they ordered new speakers, but no explanation about what their diagnostic eval found. Communication was very poor. More
