I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was given a time and told the lady I would wait while service was being done. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was a "waiting appointment I was given a time and told the lady I would wait while service was being done. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was a "waiting appointment whenever the work could be performed, possibly a 2.5 - 3 hour wait." I was disappointed to hear this and was confused on the reason for a fixed scheduled time. The Service Manager indicated best to make a time 2 weeks in advance for a "firm appointment time." Fortunately I only waited 1.5 hours to complete service. More
