I want to recognize Tracy from the Hyundai service administration team for the outstanding support she gave me during a stressful situation. When my car broke down, Tracy immediately took the initi administration team for the outstanding support she gave me during a stressful situation. When my car broke down, Tracy immediately took the initiative to help. She went above and beyond by checking my insurance coverage to make sure I qualified for a rental car so I wouldn’t be left without transportation. That alone made a huge difference. Throughout the entire repair process, she kept me informed with regular updates and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Because of her attention to detail and communication, my car was repaired and returned right on time. Great customer service is rare, but Tracy truly delivered it. Her professionalism, initiative, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Hyundai is lucky to have someone like her representing their service team. More
