Their service department did a great job this time when I too my car in. I got an oil change and ask them to check the tires and brakes. They returned to tell me that the tires had 50% of their life and th too my car in. I got an oil change and ask them to check the tires and brakes. When I took the same car in to have an oil change in April, I asked for an oil change and for them to check my tires. I was told that my tires were at a 2 something and that I needed new tires. They even quoted me a price for new tires at around $300 for a new set. I took my car to a reputable tire shop to check my tires. They checked and couldn’t figure out why I was told that my tires were at a 2. They showed me the gauge and told me to come back when I needed tires. More

I have to mark my tires every time I go to have them rotated because they don't do it even though I am charged for it. This time I was told that I would need rear brakes the next oil change even though rotated because they don't do it even though I am charged for it. This time I was told that I would need rear brakes the next oil change even though I had all new brakes and rotors put on 1 1/2 years ago. The lady at the desk told me that I had put over 50,000 miles on my car in that 1 1/2 years. Not possible. Needless to say, I had the brakes checked elsewhere and I do not need brakes. More
