I was in the dealership for an oil change. I was in for an oil change. I don't need or want a new car. Unfortunately I caved when the sales person approached me about a new 2020 car. I am so so I was in for an oil change. I don't need or want a new car. Unfortunately I caved when the sales person approached me about a new 2020 car. I am so sorry I made this purchase. I wish I could return the car as I have only driven it twice since making the purchase, There are less than 25 miles on the car as I am retired and have no need for a new car but the sales person said my warranty was running out and I would need new tires eventually. All true but new tires are much less cost to me than a new car. The sales person told me I was purchasing the same car but newer. That was not true. I had an Elantra SEL. He was selling me a SE. When I advised the sales person that the android auto and side collision warning would be a deal breaker he was told to find me an Elantra SEL. The Elantra SEL that I purchased still is not the same as Elantra SEL I had previously because the seats are not heated in this new Elantra SEL. The demeanor of the sales person changed when he was told to find an Elantra SEL to make the sale. He did not seem as friendly. I sensed he just wanted the deal to be done. He did not actually go over the new SEL with me so I guess I will have to figure it out. There's more but I think I have made my point. Sad about the whole thing. More

Just Perfect We bought a new Hyundai Palisade Limited and had great help from Jeena Verdelotti. It took a little while to find our perfect car, but perfect it was, We bought a new Hyundai Palisade Limited and had great help from Jeena Verdelotti. It took a little while to find our perfect car, but perfect it was, and when we arrived at the very busy Hyundai New Port Richey dealership, our car was ready to go. Of course it took a little while to arrange financing, but even that went smoothly. There is a nice lounge to wait in and I did indulge in the fresh popcorn, yes I did. Jeena has checked in on us several times since we got our car three weeks ago and we appreciate that very much. We highly recommend Jeena Verdelotti at New Port Richey Hyundai, go there, get a great car and save some money. More
