Much improvement in customer service is needed I have been coming to your dealership over the past year. The past year the customer service has gone to the waste side. My last experience was by far I have been coming to your dealership over the past year. The past year the customer service has gone to the waste side. My last experience was by far the WORST. I booked my appointment online. When I got to the dealership I was asked by the service advisor (Justin) “what service are you getting done”. After giving him my information upon arrival he said that the computer forces him to create a new appointment because I scheduled my appointment online. After getting the appointment squared away I went to the waiting area. After a few minutes, Justin comes by and states that I need a air filter and a wheel alignment. Reluctantly, I agreed to the wheel alignment because I’ve only put on a bit over 12k on my car. Justin goes back to his computer, I go back to my cup of coffee and start reviewing the scope of work I booked online and discover that the air filter he was trying to up-sell me was included as part of the service. I went to him to inquire why he was charging me for the air filter his response was ”it’s not included”. I pulled up my appointment and showed him that the air filter was included but he was still not convinced. He went to ask someone in the back room (guessing a service manager) and came back to his computer and still was saying that service does not come with an air filter but for a few bucks more he had a service that covers the air filter replacement. At that point I gave up to pay whatever it cost because I did not want to get further agitated and not ruin my day. Once the car was completed Justin asked me did I want my car washed. I agreed, a few minutes later I went to pay the bill. Upon paying the bill I informed the lady at the register that I had a 12% off coupon and she said that she can’t adjust the bill and that it would have to be done by the service advisor. I politely said that I would pay the full bill and rather not go down that avenue after my experience. I would recommend customer service training and learning what is included in services or scopes of work being sold to customers IF you don’t want to lose future customers. I will be reconsidering taking my business elsewhere and will not be recommending your dealership to anyone! More

When I have called to make an appt, I am always surprised I can get one quickly, and responsively. I was lucky to have been taken care of, from the start, with Justin. He listens and takes responsibility to make service a customer value experience. He knows the business and has been honest when suggesting certain actions be taken to insure the car is 100% for me, and that I am very satisfied. I look forward to each scheduled service with Justin at ready. More

Estimate for damages to my Genesis Roy Landis fixed a damage several years ago through no fault of mine. Again I have a few dings and damage and met with Roy to help me. I just came off my lease and I want my car to look like new! We went over all the problems and he made several suggestions, that seemed reasonable. He worked up a quote that I could manage in my budget and I've decided to go forth with the work. More
