I had emailed a complaint regarding a salesman who was very unprofessional to me via email correspondence regarding a car I was interested in. I requested to see pictures or videos of the car. Taylor Nichols is Your Guy Disclaimer: I did not purchase my vehicle from Terry Lee Genesis/Hyundai, but felt compelled to leave a review due to the wonderful experience of work Disclaimer: I did not purchase my vehicle from Terry Lee Genesis/Hyundai, but felt compelled to leave a review due to the wonderful experience of working with Taylor Nichols. Taylor is an honest, caring, and helpful guy. My wife and I popped in on a Friday night about 15 minutes before they were closing for the night. Taylor caught us in the lot eyeing the new G70s. We passed on his initial offer to help out. He told us "no problem" and "if there's anything I can do to help or answer any questions just let me know." He didn't hang around or start trying to sell us the vehicle. Just left us to our own on the lot. Fast forward 2 minutes later, and we're in the showroom asking if it's OK to take one out for a quick test drive. We expected to be turned down since it was so close to closing time, but Taylor ran off to snag some keys and away we went. Taylor rode with us on the short test drive, but left my wife and I to enjoy the experience and get a feel for the car. At no point did he start a sales pitch, or talking about the flavor of the month incentives and financing deals. Once we got back to the showroom, we told Taylor we're still early in our search and that we appreciated him letting us drive the car and that we'd be back in touch when we were ready to make a deal. He was completely agreeable. We traded contact information and away we went to enjoy our Friday night. Now, as everyone knows, test driving a car is about the worst decision you can make. Once you've driven the vehicle, it's all you can think about. We knew we wanted a G70 sport in our garage. So the hunt for the right deal began. We found only a handful of cars that were spec'd exactly how we wanted. Some local to Indianapolis. Some much further out. A week after our initial visit, I contacted Taylor and told him I'd be out his way to see if we could make a deal. I had a few numbers in mind, and if we could get there on price, I was ready to sign on the dotted line. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase from Terry Lee Genesis and Taylor Nichols. Another dealer across the country was willing to more steeply discount the car. No fault to Terry Lee Genesis and Taylor. Another dealer was just more desperate for a sale. I'll definitely be back at Terry Lee for service, maintenance, and any future car purchases. They're light years ahead on customer service and communication than other dealers in town (looking at you Napleton). Taylor was excited for us on our new purchase, even though he didn't get the deal. He called the following week to check in and see how our trip to pick up the vehicle was and to pop by so he could see it. That's more interest than some of my own family and friends have shown! If you decide to visit Terry Lee Hyundai/Genesis, be sure to ask for Taylor. You won't regret it. More

The features I was looking fo On February 28, 2020 I had the opportunity to receive in my hands the transportation that would help me build my dreams. The features I was looking for were that it had to be 1) reliable and 2) cheap. I was not looking for color or the latest technology, only that it allowed me to study and work. After searching several places without success, I had the opportunity to contact Jason Abbott, I can say that he had a lot of patience in understanding what I was looking for and in explaining that I could get a modern car with the same monthly payment that I was looking for. Important fact that I want to share is that he was the first of many salesperson that without knowing if it was going to be approved by the bank or investigating my credit, he based the car selection based on my budget. I appreciate that he did not asked me 10 times if I was sure that my credit score was or like a representative from another place said, that I will not mention, that if my ID was real because it said I was 30 years old and it didn't seem like it. So Jason Abbott was not only patience, but also respectful. Yes, my experience was exhausting, and I hope you now understand my mindset and why Jason Abbott took a lot of patience. Perhaps reading this could sounds unusual, but this was my unforgettable day, a day full of tension, stress, frustration and inexplicable joy. Even today I look at the car and I can't believe I have in my possession a 2016 Elantra (certified) with backup camera. I am extremely grateful to Jason Abbott and the Hyundai staff for making me feel like I have invested in an excellent car. More
