We had just purchased a new Kia Soul about 10 days ago and we were very unhappy with our purchase and thought we were stuck for 3 years but they got us into a new 2019 Elantra with everything that we wanted on a new vehicle We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Terry Lee he has the best people working for him. Two Cars - One Week! A True Pro...Lucas Rocks! Was looking for a used Elantra for my daughter. None of the options happen to fit the budget and/or the features we were hoping for. A great experience gone bad I always dread going onto a car lot so my expectations were not very high when we arrived. I knew that we wanted a Sonata but not sure which one. We m I always dread going onto a car lot so my expectations were not very high when we arrived. I knew that we wanted a Sonata but not sure which one. We met with Zac and he was our salesman and he was very polite and professional and not pushy at all. He allowed us to test drive a few different vehicles with no problem but my eye kept wandering to the other side of the showroom where they had a sharp looking used fully loaded blue sonata with only 24,000 miles on it. When all was said and done we could buy this used vehicle or get a brand new one for only 3 cents price difference. But the new one was only a SEL model which was nice but not nearly as sharp as this used car in the showroom. So I went with the one from the showroom floor and everything went perfect from the trade in to the financing. Here is where it goes down hill. We drive just up the street to have lunch and celebrate our new vehicle and while dining I called my insurance company to add this vehicle to my policy, to my shock and dismay they told me that the vehicle had been in a serious collision, keep in mind the dealer never once disclosed this to me or we would have NEVER bought this car. If i wanted to be mislead or sold a junker car I could have went to any number of buy here pay here places for my vehicle purchase. So I immediately called the dealership and spoke to Ace who totally downplayed the face that the vehicle had been in an accident and assured me that it had went through a 100+ point inspection and passed otherwise he wouldn't have been able to certify it as used. We all know how reliable those fancy inspections they call themselves doing are. So I then escalated this to the general manager who really acted as if he would rather be anywhere in the world than on the phone with me and said he couldn't believe that I wasn't told about this upfront. He then told me I could take 24 hours to decide if I wanted to keep the car or return it for another one. I then called my salesman Zac who assured me he had no knowledge that the vehicle had ever been in a wreck. And of all the people we dealt with that day I believe him. I reluctantly decided to keep the vehicle against my better judgement. I have drove the car for a couple weeks now and when I arrived at work a few nights ago I got out of the car and went over to the front passenger side and opened the door to get my bag out and low and behold when I went to close the door it wouldn't close. Finally a coworker came out and got it to close. God only knows what else is wrong with this car. Definite buyers remorse on our part. Almost 25,000 for a wrecked car on a showroom floor. I definitely do NOT recommend this dealership. More

Dishonest bought a used car here, only 78,000 miles, with 100,000 mile warranty on the engine. paid cash up front. nothing but problems and they refused to admi bought a used car here, only 78,000 miles, with 100,000 mile warranty on the engine. paid cash up front. nothing but problems and they refused to admit there was a problem, until the engine went out. had to buy a new engine for 3,150 dollars after spending 13k on the vehicle. absolutley no communication from the service dept. about the car being repaired. we were without our car for 26 days. we got it back and it broke down the same day. they do not inspect their cars..they are greedy theives! More

Make sure to double check your title paperwork has been file I would expect great customer service buying a car at this location. If you do purchase a vehicle at this location make sure to check that they have I would expect great customer service buying a car at this location. If you do purchase a vehicle at this location make sure to check that they have completed the required paperwork with the State of Indiana prior to going to the BMV to get your car plated. The response when I communicated to the Sales Manager that I was not able to get the car I purchased plated was "RIDE IT OUT". When I asked what he meant he said drive on an expired paper plate until we have your paperwork completed. There was no care or concern for the fact that my 18-year-old daughter would be driving illegally. This issue could have been easily solved if the individuals at Terry Lee Hyundai would have communicated with there customer that they had not completed the title work on the new vehicle. Rather they let me waist an hour at the BMV to find out on my own then have the amazing display of customer service to tell me to "RIDE IT OUT". More
