Professional yet Personal We were greeted at the door, and immediately given the car we asked for to test drive. Connor, who we worked with, was kind and accommodating, and if We were greeted at the door, and immediately given the car we asked for to test drive. Connor, who we worked with, was kind and accommodating, and if he didn't have an answer he searched it out. We were quoted a price, and given a printed copy also. We had some Kia makes we also wanted to test drive, and left, there was absolutely no pressure to buy at that moment, or any time. Very refreshing. We visited another dealer and made some decisions, and the next day went back and talked with Connor. There were a couple of items on the print out, that were not wanted which were taken off no problem. It was a pain free experience from start to finish. We would highly recommended the dealer, and especially Connor. We have an older 2007 Hyundai in the family, that had a slight knocking noise, we had it at several dealers service departments to check it out and they could not pin point it. When Terry Lee opened in Noblesville, we took it there for an oil change, they checked out the noise and was the first service department to actually fix it. Sales or service, we're very happy with Terry Lee. More

Fooled me, I had wide selection of vehicles to pick from, which made it hard for me to choose from. Anyways, i got my 1st Choice with no problems. The flow was so smooth I couldn't hardly believe there wasn't anything in my way stopping me from getting the vehicle I wanted. I can honestly say Mark and Conner worked it out and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! The payments are very reasonable...The moral of this story is that Mark and Conner were my car dealer angels & I will DEFINITELY be back!!! More

There wasn't any secret meetings or cat-and-mouse games back and forth, while they try to make you feel like you got a good deal. I actually did get a great deal. Everything was disclosed to me from the start, and there was no pressure for me to make a decision. They were flexible and tried to please me, according to my needs. I love my Tucson, and I will be back in a couple of years for that Midnight Blue Santa Fe....with the sunroof! I highly recommend this sales team of Connor Meier, and Mark Meier.
