I recontacted him and said we were finally ready to give up on the old van. He called and got our info and had everything ready to go when we showed up. The whole team was genuine, not pushy and easy to work with. Not to mention we got a GREAT deal on a used Elantra! Ask for Juan Moore and you will be taken care of. Service Dept. Lost My Appointment. Would Not Honor Slot. Unfortunately I have to give my first, and hopefully my last, poor review of Terry Lee Genesis. I brought my 2016 Genesis Coupe in for a service after Unfortunately I have to give my first, and hopefully my last, poor review of Terry Lee Genesis. I brought my 2016 Genesis Coupe in for a service after scheduling an appointment. I was told the person who originally scheduled my appointment was let go and that my appointment was not in the system. Instead of honoring my appointment, I was told that I would not be able to be seen and that I can "come back tomorrow". People have lives they have to live and things they have to do. Now I have to change my plans around to fit THEIR schedule and that's not how this is supposed to go. I will be bringing my car in but only because it's absolutely necessary. I will be expecting a loaner. More
