I have bought several cars over the years in Indiana and after poor to worse customer service experiences with other dealerships, I decided to try Terry Lee for the first time. It was over an hour's drive to their dealership from where I live and yet it was totally worth it. Nick tried his best to make our visit to the dealership as seamless and as quick as possible including sending me the paperwork before hand to review. He took his time explaining the features of the car as well as trying to understand our needs to see if the car we chose met those needs. There was a small mix up in the financing department with my paperwork but it wasn't big enough for me to not give a 5-star rating to my experience with Terry Lee.
