Ended up wanting an Elantra (great gas mileage, would save me money in the long run). So she came with to help, this was my first time dealing with buying a car especially a new one. Ended up with a GREAT salesman Jim Dulany. It was a long process and made for a long day seeing as my sister brought my young nephew with. Dan Ditusa gave me top dollar for my trade-in with no hassles. Brian Wheeler arranged for the dealer-installed front parking sensors. The Sonata exceeded my expectations. On a recent trip I rented a car and was given a Hyundai Genesis. WOW! I feel in love with the car that I had driven all over for a few weeks. I told my wife I would buy one after the trip ( she thought I was joking) and did. The car I wanted was at Patrick Hyundai. I did try other models while I was there but in the end I found the Genesis to be the one for me. The staff could not have been nicer. The sales person I worked with was Mike. He's a terrific person that just wants to do the right thing for you. Then came finance with Roberto. He made it all come together. What a great group. Thanks so much to all of the Patrick Hyundai staff for helping me get exactly what I wanted a a GREAT price. I could not be happier. More

Whatever we wanted to see, Victoria went out of her way to show us. When we went back home and could not decide on the interior color, she saved us a drive back to the dealership, by taking pictures of examples from other cards on the lot and texted back to us. When we changed out mind and wanted a different color car, Victoria worked with other dealers in the Midwest to find us the color we wanted, including her willingness to drive the car back from another state! We could not ask for a more friendly and helpful salesperson. We also worked with various other staff including the after sales and finance staff, who were all equally helpful. Overall, we had an excellent experience. More

Bought a new 2014 Elantra I went to this dealership debating whether to go for a Toyota or a Hyundai pre-owned car. I was also looking for a trade-in on my '98 Corolla. I was g I went to this dealership debating whether to go for a Toyota or a Hyundai pre-owned car. I was also looking for a trade-in on my '98 Corolla. I was greeted by salesman 'JP' who patiently heard what I wanted. He showed me pre-owned as well as new cars and took me for a test ride on two cars. He gave me his honest opinion on my trade-in need. What impressed me most (when compared to other dealers) was his honesty and genuine will to get me the best option. The best part was that he lived up to the dealership's mantra to avoid any pressure tactics and let me decide even if I needed time for it.....after all a decent amount of money was involved!! I was offered a great deal and I eventually walked out with a brand new Elantra later during the day. Very pleased with my decision. Thank you JP for being more of a friend than a salesman! More

Saleman, Dan Rose, made it a total 'good feeling' experience with no high pressure sales intimidation that is a turnoff in many dealerships. He knows how to listen to the customers needs & comes across very honest & sincere in his dealings. For me, the saleman has to sell himself first before he can sell the car. After a positive test drive, Dan was able to answer all our questions as a very knowledgeable professional. The end result was we walked out the proud owner of a new Sonata Hybrid. I really appreciated how I was treated by my salesperson Dan during my 1st visit for my test drive, he made it very easy for me to want to come back to buy a car. Other dealers were much more intimidating experiences, as the salespersons applied pressure and played games. Dan was very straightforward, he didn't play any games, he was able to answer all my questions, and I felt like I could trust him. When I came back for a 2nd visit to buy the car, the experience was very smooth and painless. I drove home in my new car completely satisfied with everything. More
