Great Salesman!!! This was my first experience buying a car, I had been to many dealers and felt pressured to buy just so the sales person could make a sale. When I w This was my first experience buying a car, I had been to many dealers and felt pressured to buy just so the sales person could make a sale. When I walked into Patrick Hyundai of Palatine, I was greeting by a sales person Dan Rose. He was excellent. He made the purchasing experience pleasant and was not pushy. Dan allowed me to really take my time to decide how I wanted to move forward. He listened and picked up quickly what I was looking for and never try to push me into something I didn't need. It took me 4 days to really decide the direction I wanted to take and Dan was very patient, didn't blow up my cell phone or try to make excuses while I was there why I should just close already. The atmosphere was also felt friendly and excepting. I would recommend Patrick Hyundai of Palatine to anyone who is looking to buy a car and would strongly recommend working with Dan Rose if you want to be treated with respect and like a person, not just another money ticket. More

The salesman I worked with was Jim Delaney and he was professional, fast, and efficient. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted and was extremely helpful. He is friendly, knowledageable and approachable. I would recommend him to anyone. All the people there work as a team and even when it was chaotic and busy at the time that I went, they helped each other out so I could leave. More

I was not happy with service work done at another place, and I had tried Patrick Hyundai a couple o The entire staff is friendly and customer focused. I was not happy with service work done at another place, and I had tried Patrick Hyundai a couple of times and had liked them so far. For a major service work, I gave them an oppurtinity - they were able to work around schedules and give me a loaner car for the couple of days my Santa Fe was in the shop. The time estimate and the quality of work was very high. This has been the best service experience in last 5 years - credit goes to the service team in working well as a team (esp John). More

It was a very busy Saturday when I went in, my only issue was that my service took about an hour and half longer than they projected and told me it would. Honestly that's not a big deal and again they were super busy so I understand the reasoning for the delay. I would advise them to just do their best to give honest and accurate predictions on the time needed for the job just so nobody has false hopes. Overall good experience More

2015 Elantra Limited H-ELA Best choice and best experience ever. I went to visit Patrick Hyundai of Palatine, in search of a new vehicle. Of Course, I was expecting this dealers Best choice and best experience ever. I went to visit Patrick Hyundai of Palatine, in search of a new vehicle. Of Course, I was expecting this dealership to be like any other dealership (where you go and every employee hounds you, from the moment your foot hits the dealership pavement). To my surprise, I was given the opportunity to look around WITHOUT the lingering feeling that someone was watching. An extremely nice gentleman named David Polcik, greeted me as I made my way to the door, and made the entire car buying experience about me. I ended up driving off the lot in a brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited. This dealership is extremely clean, and all the staff are amazing. I would never think twice about purchasing another vehicle, without visiting Patrick Hyundai of Palatine. I truly have David to thank, for helping me have the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. Dave was so helpful with all my questions. I personally want to thank David Polcik as a sales representative and business manager Brian Wheeler for the best deal on financing my car. Love my new ride! More
