We knew what we wanted and the vehicle was on the lot. So far, we have enjoyed the vehicle. Its the right color inside and out. It has the right engine we wanted. Told Greg I wanted to look at the Tucson & Santa Fe - looked inside and sat in the Tucson and was not impressed and so we looked at the Santa Fe. I told Greg that I wanted it LOADED (after looking at one not so loaded) - took it for a test drive and picked my color and that was it! I LOVE my Santa Fe. I have been a Hyundai owner of 5 cars over the past 13 years and couldn't imagine driving any other car!!! More

Dealership hid vehicle damage prior to sale. Vehicle was damaged at time of sale, hidden from me at purchase, then repaired unsatisfactorily after I noticed damage at home.
