I want to thank Daniel & Hyundai San Bruno! I went there for my 2nd Maintenance for my 2023 Tucson. Daniel quickly greeted me as I signed in. Instantly, we started the process to get my car tak I went there for my 2nd Maintenance for my 2023 Tucson. Daniel quickly greeted me as I signed in. Instantly, we started the process to get my car taken care of. Daniel went above and beyond suggesting certain maintenance that can be taken as well as the normal maintenance. Daniel went out of his way to get me a ride home which was fantastic! He gave me a timeline and said he would call me when my car was ready. I told him that I do need my car by 2pm because I have to go to work. He said he was trying to call me but unfortunately the phone were down so I called with no answer and got the answering machine so I just made my way back. Daniel made sure that my car would be ready and he did! Greatest customer service ever! Thank you Daniel and Hyundai San Bruno! More

I’ve been waiting for a part since June 2024 and no one even knows or bothered to look in to it unless I’ll come by, and when I do come by for an update I have to make more than one trip because they eithe even knows or bothered to look in to it unless I’ll come by, and when I do come by for an update I have to make more than one trip because they either forgot about me or the moment I walked out of there they don’t care anymore until I got back and asked for an update.
