I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this service department. After paying for my vehicle in full, the service advisor attempted to force me to sign paperwork. When I refused, they threatened to hold my car hostage—explicitly telling me I would not get my keys back despite having already paid. Instead of trying to understand my perspective or handle the situation professionally, an older gentleman stepped in and doubled down on the intimidation, trying to force me to sign and repeating that I wouldn't get my car. The only reason I am giving this experience any stars at all is because of a gentleman who finally walked over, assessed the situation, and rightly told the staff to "give the man his car." Paying customers should never be bullied, pressured, or threatened with the withholding of their property over a paperwork dispute. This department desperately needs a lesson in conflict resolution and basic customer service. I will not be returning. More

I'd given team and the dealership there ( a negative rating if possible since I spent a 2-hour round trip to go there. I had explained in multiple chats with multiple representatives (Josh, Alyson, Mile rating if possible since I spent a 2-hour round trip to go there. I had explained in multiple chats with multiple representatives (Josh, Alyson, Miles, etc.)tons of details on what I was trying to accomplish including let me do everything possible electroically so you can confirm before indrivve over. All said "sure" can work with you on that. Got there.....and "oh we can't do that." I have dealt with bait/switch before but this was ridiculous.Don't waste your time. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP SHIP. I bought a 2023 from them almost a month ago told them I didn't want to extended warranty and still got stuck with it in the sale now I want to cance I bought a 2023 from them almost a month ago told them I didn't want to extended warranty and still got stuck with it in the sale now I want to cancel it and they tell me it can't be canceled low and be told I work for dealer ship and know the only reason they do t want to cancel it is they don't want to pay a charge back needless to say they will talk and lie and not give all information to you about the warranty and if you get it they will try to stick you with it BAD BUSSINESS More
