The service department at Davis Hyundai of Trenton is HORRIBLE. They do not communicate with you at all. My saga began when I had to have my sunroof repaired because it wouldn't close in late August.. T HORRIBLE. They do not communicate with you at all. My saga began when I had to have my sunroof repaired because it wouldn't close in late August.. They diagnosed the problem and said they needed to order parts. After a month of waiting, I called to see what was going on. Miraculously the day I call - the parts came in. I made an appointment to get the car repaired on a Saturday. I dropped the car off Friday evening. Late afternoon Saturday I get a call from the service tech saying his best mechanic wasn't in and he would prefer for him to do the job since it was pretty intensive. I've been waiting all week and not 1 phone call from Davis with an update or any information about my car. I've made several phone calls to them and always get the "let me check on it and I'll call you back". As of this date and time I still haven't heard from anyone in service. This has to be the most unprofessional, and customer friendLESS entity that I've ever dealt with. Do not and would not recommend this place to anyone. More
It has been extremely difficult, unfortunately, working with their service center. They have had our vehicle in their service shop for nearly 4 months, and they refuse to give our vehicle back, nor have t with their service center. We'd like to receive communication, but they simply do not return our calls. Even more unfortunate - Hyundai corporate has been unhelpful as well. More

The service department is absolutely horrendous to deal with. We’ll be on our third trip there this week after they’ve had my vehicle for 8 months with little to no communication from the service departmen with. I had an unexpected and amazing experience @ Davis Hyundai. My salesperson, Andrew Gayles-Jones was theee Best! I initially came in for service on my 2015 Hyundai. Andrew put me in a 2020 Sonata w/ Hyundai. My salesperson, Andrew Gayles-Jones was theee Best! I initially came in for service on my 2015 Hyundai. Andrew put me in a 2020 Sonata w/ no money down. Wow! What a surprise! His personality was great. He was oh so helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better, more attentive, down to earth salesperson. Would I recommend Davis Hyundai? Absolutely! Would I recommend asking for Andrew in sales? You better believe it! Loving my Sonata and my now favorite dealership! More

Poor Customer Service, Half-xxx Diagnostic Testing I brought my car into this service center and had Johnny Chew as my advisor. He has very poor customer service and was very short with me. I did not appreciate the way he talked to me, apparently answering customers questions and insuring all of the customers concerns are addressed in the diagnostic test are things he must hate about his job because he seem very annoyed with me that he had to do both. I left feeling very cheated out of the $134 for the diagnostic test and due to the experience I was receiving I did not want this service center to repair my car and decided I would take my business elsewhere to another Hyundai Dealer. I was very unsatisfied with this service center. I would not recommend it to anyone. More
