Dealer did not let me know about the tire difference has car I purchased a elantra in 2014 the car had low profile tires. I had traded in a sonata that I had just purchased a few months before. It was for my mother but within a few months she was diagnosed with dementia and I traded the larger car in for the elantra. The person who sold the car to me never told me that the car had low profile tires. I really had no idea that there was a difference. But in a few days I had returned to the dealership telling them that I was not happy with the car. They did absolutely nothing. They told me to sit down and they would talk to me. Three hours later nobody ever said anything. I told the manager I would be back. At this point my mother's health had deteriorated and I had no time to get back to the dealership. Since then I have learned alot about low profile tires. First that they are very expensive and have many many problems. I had to purchase new rims and I have had many flat tires. Each time having to purchase a new tire because they have a larger part of the tire connecting with the pavement so most of the punctures were near the edge of the tire. I asked for a car that i could just use to get around the city. This car is for kids who are racing. Not for somebody trying to get from place to place in Trenton. I have had it with the low profile tires I can't even put regular all season tires on it without getting the whole car suspension reworked. I am writing this because I feel that this car was not the car I needed to get around town and when I went to complain about it. Nothing was done. At this point I am trying to get rid of this car before I have to buy another set of tires. I have only 35,000 miles on the car and have been through 4 sets of tires and 1 new set of rims. I am very disappointed with Davis and would have liked to have been informed about the car and that low profile tires are not for city driving. This was the main point that I explained to the salesman. This car is for running around town not traveling long distance on highways. More

Service. I love their service department. Davis' service department is awesome. The lounge is clean with wifi and coffee. The people who take care of us are professional and courteous. I never leave thinking I was over charged or was sold something I did not need. They advise me as to what to do. Many dealerships are sexist. I have walked out of a few. Not here. I am treated with respect and am not "talked down". More

Service Davis service department is one of the best service departments I have ever experienced. I am treated with dignity and they only do what is necessary.
