Excellent Service! I had my 2013 Sonata serviced at the Davis Hyundai Service department. I worked with Tim Kaplan and because of him I had a wonderful service experienc I had my 2013 Sonata serviced at the Davis Hyundai Service department. I worked with Tim Kaplan and because of him I had a wonderful service experience! I highly recommend Tim. The best part was that Tim kept me updated though out my time there and I was in and out, even washed my car for free!! Great work Davis Hyundai and thank you!! Horrible Customer Service on my 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Davis has been horrible from day 1 of buying my car..I own a 2012 Genesis Coupe, that I purchased in February 2012 from Davis Hyundai...I originally w Davis has been horrible from day 1 of buying my car..I own a 2012 Genesis Coupe, that I purchased in February 2012 from Davis Hyundai...I originally walked off of the lot as a lease for $360/month 2 days later I got a call saying I couldn't get approved for a lease but I was approved with a cosigner for a finance at $469...my 2 year old car has now been in the shop for 2 weeks...I have had to call daily with no answer finally going to the dealership to get 30seconds of time from the service manager to tell me to be patient...they tell me they will call me by a certain time and it never hear from them..the customer service in the service department has been below par and I can say that after my car is fixed I will not do future business with Davis Hyundai and probably Hyundai all together! More

My 2013 Santa Fe Sport was ready when promised, which was important as I was waiting for it and had additional appointments that day.
