The dealership was accommodating with a service appointment for my front brakes on 8/16/25. Not only has my tire pressure light been on for 2+ weeks, but the brakes are grinding since the brake jo appointment for my front brakes on 8/16/25. Not only has my tire pressure light been on for 2+ weeks, but the brakes are grinding since the brake job. Now I need to schedule another appointment with Firestone to have my tires and alignment checked, as well as the front brakes that I just spent $688 for. Not a happy customer. More

Advised the advisor that we would need the car back in 1 hour because we had a second appt for other car. They decided to do the oil change and recall at 10:30. Appt was at 9:30. This is not the first time hour because we had a second appt for other car. They decided to do the oil change and recall at 10:30. Appt was at 9:30. This is not the first time they have done this. One time the advisor forgot to give the keys to the tech for an oil change. Another time they decided at 5pm to do the oil change when apppt was at 1:30. To boot there was a leak and had to keep the car overnight and put me out when they had the car for 3 hours and could have fixed leak and did oil change. What a joke with this dealership. More
