On April 18 I picked out 4 hankook tires, buy 3 1 for $1. Confirm code x0260dsf32. My appointment was for May 2. The following messages confirmed it. All saying 'bring payment when you arrive. No dates on the sale were mentioned. Upon arrival at my appointment, with my payment, I was told I was 2 days late. Sale price denied. I thought this might be a good entry to your service dept for any future repairs on my 2017 santa fe. Which has an extended warranty. I will Not return. More

I brought my car in for my free 3rd oil change. I was told it expired. Spoke to service mgr. he took off 10%. My bill was $484.99 with extra work they said I should have done.
