Took my car in early I had an appointment. I was told it would be two hours when I decided to get the work done. He told me there was not enough time to get it done. I ended up paying for the estimate of the work being done he told me I could leave it there another day to get it done, however I did not have another day off from work and from the time the estimate came all the time the Uber came to pick me up. Only 20 minutes had passed, but he made me feel like I was not a priority that it was a bother to get it done and I told him never mind that I would just pay for the diagnostic charge and take my car elsewhere this was my second Hyundai Sonata that I bought from Wesley Chapel however, I will never buy another Hyundai again.
