Everything was good but you have a representative working at the front desk the man that use a cap ??, he has a terrible customer service twice I been in front of him and just filling paperwork, and never he at the front desk the man that use a cap ??, he has a terrible customer service twice I been in front of him and just filling paperwork, and never he left the paperwork to ask me how can I help you ? , I had to wait for other representatives to take care of my needs. Can someone give him a class of customers service and explain him that in that case his duty is stop his paperwork and help the next person waiting on the line. More
