I have never had a better service experience than my recent one with Saleena Crespo. My daughter's car broke down on her way back from spring break, luckily within a 1.5m from the dealership. My daughter had to leave the car so she could get back to college (it was Sunday) and we had no one local that we knew to help us through this experience. Once I was put in contact with Saleena I had someone that was an advocate for getting the car fixed and getting it returned to us. We live in Charlotte, and therefore have no direct ties to the dealership or a way to advocate for ourselves through this journey. There is a lot of detail I could share, but I will just say Saleena was amazing throughout and our outcome would likely be much different if it was not for Saleena. Vic was an excellent sales person. First time we sold a car he stayed late to allow us to test drive it. He communicated with us by text and email. He was very calm and pleasant.
