Good afternoon, Manny I guess you do not have access to email me so I guess I will do it on here. I will give you as much detail as I can. I have been out of town, so I could not follow up till now. I was talking back and forth with Majeed and we started on 1/2025 which I went into the dealership and I expressed that I did not want to be in there all night, because I have to be back into work at 4am. I get there I fill out the paperwork, explained to Majeed that I was put into this KIA and was lied to by Ceaser, and the other guy that was in charged of the sales team which I can not think of his name, but it was when you were doing construction and working out of the trailers. That is when he informed me that I am negative and a deal will be hard. I explained to him that I would not be in this car if your sales manager and sales associate did not lie to me etc. I explained to Majeed that I wouldn't be here but Ceaser and the sales manager told me to come back in before the car hit 50,000, which I did (Since 10/2024 with Nicole & Allison & I forget who else) Which that is all lies all lies. Those two lied to me just to make a sale when I never wanted to be in the KIA but got told by those two that this was my only option and if I stayed in the last Hyundai before going into this KIA I got told that I would be stuck in the car until it's paid off and was told what I was doing is smart because this is how you help us with your returning business. Now Majeed was showing me some cars, but then I was being shown a FORD, and I stopped it there. I said I do not any car but a Hyundai. Then Matt came out and was trying to see what was going on and what he can do to help. I gave him the information of how I am back here again and explained the whole situation. I told him I need out of this car and if I can get my payments anywhere between $400.00-$600.00. I will be putting no money down. I said to him I drive so much for work and my fear is once the warranty is out then that is when everything starts breaking (LOL you know like cell phones). Matt told me that he can offer an extended warranty on the car so I can keep the car longer. I said lets see what you can offer me etc. Majeed was showing me some in the lot and then had to get another one from another lot. I drove the Santa FE back from the other lot and I said I do like it but wasn't crazy about the color. Then he was showing me other cars on the lot. So it was getting really late and I really had to be up very early for work, but told them to text me or email me if anything comes up or if we can get something going. Matt and Majeed said okay no problem we understand let us work on it. The next day I received a text from Majeed saying when can you come in and I thought we had a deal, I was going to get out of this KIA. I said I can be there by 3:45-4pm he said okay see you then. When I get there we sit down and we go over the numbers. I said I liked the car but if this is going to be a car that I will be able to stay in I would love it in white. Majeed came back and said we have no white Santa FE available. I said okay not the end of the world but lets see what numbers come back. Majeed came back and said this is what we can do with no money down. I said nope that is more then my mortgage and I would not be in this situation if I was not scammed in to financing this car by the sales people that were here before. He left and came back with Matt, they both asked me if I can come up in my monthly payment I said the most I can do is $700.00 that is it because I usually get the oil change, tire package etc because I drive so much. Matt left to run numbers, then Majeed left to see what was going on. Majeed came back with new numbers I said I can not do that with my life and everything I pay I can not do that. Majeed left and then came back and told me Matt will be with me shortly he was helping someone else (so with that he couldn't finish helping me he chased the dollar signs when I was still waiting for him to come back) Majeed left to see if Matt was done and he came back with another sales person and I thick it was Caleb he never said his name but I did see his picture on the site. He spoke to me like I was a piece of crap, he was rude etc. He told me who ever was offering that to go see them and to go buy a car through them. So after I was spoke to like that I said I do not want to talk to you I have been dealing with Matt, so Majeed and Caleb got up and walked away, and I got up and walked out. I was not only talked to as a piece of crap but I was treated like a piece of crap. Not only that but the people from the other table also was looking over and how he was talking to me made me very embarrassed and very uncomfortable. When I left Majeed texted me and I told him exactly how I felt and how rude that person was etc. Majeed said what he needed to say then it went back and forth. Majeed said I will have to talk to Matt, well I put the HA HA over the top of that comment, and well then he started with the most rudest comment and which he should of never said to me, this was bold and underlined: We're not gonna pay you to buy a car. I was so upset etc I have never had anyone buy anything for me etc I have worked for everything I have and own. etc. I said what I needed to say to him and he never responded back to me with an apology or anything not even from Matt, or from Caleb. I had other offers from dealerships that will keep me in my price range, (even though I was in the hole with this KIA, that I should of never listen to the salesman or head salesman at that time at your location) but of course I did not like the cars at the other dealerships. This will pretty much sum up on what happened. I hope to hear from you regarding this situation, because I am still very upset with the whole situation. There is one great person you have there and you need more people like him Justin in the auto part of the Hyundai dealership in Westly Chapel. Please let me know if you have any further questions, etc

Good afternoon, Manny I have been leaving you multiple messages, along with communicating through the chat on the site and you have not called me back at all (Been going on since 2/2025 leaving messages) (responded to your message on 3/10/25 through here) and still have not heard back from you. I tried calling the service department on 4/14/25 and was hung up on twice and then placed on hold 4 times and then was disconnected. I needed help due to having a dead battery and needed to schedule a oil change. Usually Justin helps me out but I could not get far at all. What is going on over there, I was treated horrible and now trying to get help in the service department the ball was dropped. I am so upset and mad with this company.

Good morning, Here we are in July and I have still not heard from Manny or any upper upper management. This is amazing how a corporate company can not communicate with me through text or email to get this resolved. This company is very unprofessional, this company hires no one but liars etc. Along with forcing customers into cars and telling them lines of BS just to make a sale. I have called multiple times, left multiple messages and no one has the decency to call, text or send an email. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with this company.
