The thought of needing to visit the service department, scheduling service frustrates me! The use of the app to schedule appointments is useless, calling the service department is useless, no one answers! scheduling service frustrates me! The use of the app to schedule appointments is useless, calling the service department is useless, no one answers! If you show up without an appointment you are dropped as to why I didn’t make an appointment, then I have to go through and explain all the above and the the app doesn’t show availability for 2 to 3 months out. Very frustrating! Volume selling has down this, there’s no such thing as relationship selling any longer. I’m a banker in the retails banking department, such service would result in major changes. The fact that no one cares for concerning, especially after spending nearly $45m on a new car!!! If nothing else, that price alone should demand outstanding service and ease of scheduling!!! More
