I have a new engine installed covered by an extended warranty, and I really thought that I was going to go round and round to get this done and it was the exact opposite. Everyone was friendly courteous warranty, and I really thought that I was going to go round and round to get this done and it was the exact opposite. Everyone was friendly courteous and I didn't expect to have the car back for at least three weeks, but they got it done in the week. I'm very happy and satisfied. and I would recommend them to anyone thank you for such an excellent job and for doing it so fast ❤️ I I will also be posting this on my Facebook account and my next car will definitely be from Wesley Chapel Hyundai. I've never experienced such wonderful and courteous customer service. More

Absolutely not! DO NOT go here to buy your car. I’d recommend a waste management facility before this place. They gave me a car for a week, gave me a temp tag to get DO NOT go here to buy your car. I’d recommend a waste management facility before this place. They gave me a car for a week, gave me a temp tag to get home and take MY OWN plate off my old car to the dmv to properly register it. They wouldn’t help me at all finding financing which is quite coincidental that they rushed me off the lot on Black Friday with the car that’s “not yet financed” And ask a week later after insurance, and registration is taken care of for the vehicle back. Also, the “finance manager” who said he wasn’t, is indeed the finance manager and after I told him that if they take the car that’s now mine, I wouldn’t have a way home an hour away and he was perfectly fine with me walking home and smiled in my face. I recommend any other dealership than having to deal with the finance manager John lack at Hyundai of Wesley chapel. More

Very poor and sloppy work. Not caring enough in trying to complete the service correctly, vehicle received dirty and bad attitudes from the service department. Have friends, family member that feel the same way. And chosen to buy other vehicles because of the service at Wesley Chapel. Must say a rating of D-, need to extremely improve in communication with clients, improve on your actual mechanics, the most horrible mechanics in workmanship is at Wesley Chapel. Justin, a service manager, should be directing that department, really needs a great improvement. More
