Mr. Rodenb took the time to listen carefully to my concerns about the rattling noises coming from the dashboard, making me feel truly heard and valued as a customer. AJ was unresponsive by phone. I had to PHYSICSLLY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP to talk to them about the issue with my car (oil consumption problem). After that, they fixed the issue I had to PHYSICSLLY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP to talk to them about the issue with my car (oil consumption problem). After that, they fixed the issue. AJ then asked me to come back after 1,000 miles to check the oil level (no appointment necessary), which was fine. Yesterday morning I came back, but I was on a tight schedule (I only had an hour), so I asked AJ to please expedite the visit. After 40 minutes, I came to his desk to ask again. He was visibly annoyed with me. I reminded him that I had limited time and all he had to do was record my oil level. I continued to wait near the automatic doors of the service area. After five minutes, he FINALLY left his desk to check on my car. Low and behold, my car was driven up, ready for me to drive away. Overall, AJ needs a lot of work: 1. Contacting customers who call him. 2. Treating customers with respect and showing empathy. He's competent, but not a good "people" person. More
