First let me say I was a walk-in, when I walked in a very funny service employee immediately greeted me and requested I walk I. And someone would help. Not one person at the disks acknowledged me. One gentleman was with a customer, one on his phone and the other I’m not sure but I did not see a customer I walked up to one desk and ask for help and he said hold on and someone would be with me…nothing. I walked up to Jazmines desk and she said she would finish her order and be right with me, her co-worker was still on his phone. I believe my car was ready early morning it I had to call several times to get a status….the portal was not refreshed to ready. It was almost 530 by the time I got an answer. The gentleman seem to rely on Jazmine to greet customers. More
