Upon arrival we were informed that they did not have the needed part for our model and that they would call us when it comes in. We were told that it would take about one week. We made an appointment. I would have expected a notification that the part was not available instead of a reminder of the appointment. It would have saved my time and twenty miles out of my way!!! We were not the only ones to be turned away. . Your call center needs better communication with the parts department! The gentleman who waited on us was very nice and he was professional. More

Had an appointment for an oil change and recall repair. When first greeted was told 1 hour to 1 1/2. After 2 hours of waiting I asked the service writer and he told me he was just about to go check?? Then When first greeted was told 1 hour to 1 1/2. After 2 hours of waiting I asked the service writer and he told me he was just about to go check?? Then he told me they were getting the recall part to put on. 2 hrs and 40 min later the oil change was done but they did not have the part for the recall????? As a FYI we have been in 3 times for this recall and it's still not completed. Your dealership has the worse service department I have every had to use. And I have to go back again for the recall? How would you feel? More
