Jasmine did all she could, but technician refused to adjust tailgate so that it would be flush with back of truck . Said there was nothing wrong with the latches, they lined up perfectly. I left my car for 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation at dealership. Never heard anything, I was about an hour away to pick up. I believe that my car was forgotten and was rushed to finish before I arrived. I was not charged, however it was still aggravating. Tire pressure were set in drivers side tires both at 27. Passenger side front tire was 26 and back tire was 23. The sticker for next oil change was 1/27/25. There is no way I would wait an entire year for oil change. More

The staff was great, but I feel that the sales pitch they were given could have been clearer. Before making the purchase, I was told "free oil and filter changes for 3 years". However, when I called about the first oil change, I was told it "Well actually it's only one oil and filter change per year for a total of 3. Jose the Service Manager later clarified to me that it can go up to 4 "free" oil and filter changes in three years IF the car milage driven and type of driving require it. That promise was the final item that made me sign on the bottom line. I learned my lesson. I should have asked for clarification at the time of purchase to ease my mind. More
