Very frustrating experience. It appears to be a lack of help and department structure, or poor management and processes. I couldn’t get any information on what time my vehicle would be done so I could arrange pick up. No one answers the phone or text messages through your system. The service department appears very unorganized. The service techs seem frustrated trying to do the best thing. My appointment was at 7:00a with no communication and I was one of the last to pick my car up at end of day. More
The people are friendly. But we have taken in our vehicle several times for the same issue and still no resolve. They also didn’t refill the wiper fluid. The reason for 4 stars for the dealership instead of 5 is because of the length of time it takes to complete any transaction. It took about 4 hours to complete the sale and about 2 and 1/2 of that was following our decision to purchase. It is not only on vehicle purchases that it takes too long, but also on routine services such as an oil change. It took two hours to complete a scheduled oil change on our 2023 Santa Fe on 01/06/25, which led to a breakdown on the entrance ramp to I75 from Bruce B Downs Blvd when my wife was on her way to work on Wednesday, 2 days later. Apparently, a seal was broken when changing the oil filter which led to the loss of all of the oil. The car had to be towed to Hyundai and repaired. The Hyundai vehicles are very good and reliable overall. I have purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership and would recommend it overall, but would like to see improvement in the time required to complete repairs, particularly in the routine maintenance. More
