My service advisor was friendly and polite. My complaint has nothing to do with him or anyone else. It’s just unfortunate that after scheduling an appointment on a Friday at 1 pm, it took 5 hou My complaint has nothing to do with him or anyone else. It’s just unfortunate that after scheduling an appointment on a Friday at 1 pm, it took 5 hours (until closing time) for them to come up to me and tell me they did not get a chance to look at it?? Thankfully was put into a rental. My other complaint is I bought my car brand new cash on May 18th. I have this really bad rattling noise in my door which even after 5 days in the shop, still isn’t fixed. I am hopeful that my next appointment brings better news and hopefully a better wait time.
