They sell cars without doing ANY inspections on them. When problem arose - I was gaslit to believe that is how Hybrids are. Got another professional opinion, turns out - the cabin air filter (the air you breathe) was clogged and disgusting. The blower motor was also blocked because of the debris. I worked with Nicole and Fabio, their suggestion after my concerns with having my children in the vehicle with no AC.. was to trade it in to them & purchase another vehicle! More
