From my very first phone call to this Indio location, the difference was night and day. Mario was incredibly professional and efficient, getting me an appointment just two days later. Upon arrival, the entire team impressed me—from the receptionist who warmly greeted me to everyone else I encountered. Mario went above and beyond, ensuring a transmission specialist was on-site specifically for my car that day. He even gladly coordinated an Uber to get me to my rental car—a service the previous dealer flat-out refused to provide. What truly set this experience apart was the communication. Mario reached out at every single step, sending text updates so I knew exactly what was happening. He explained the diagnosis clearly, told me when the part was ordered, when it would arrive, and gave me an accurate completion date. The most interesting part? This dealership had my car for the exact same amount of time as the previous one (6 days). The difference is that this dealer actually repaired my car and communicated with me, while the other did absolutely neither. My car was ready exactly when promised, and Mario was just as courteous during pickup as he was on day one. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with this team. I highly encourage anyone who has had trouble with other dealers in the area to make the drive to Indio. It is well worth it to rest assured that both you and your car will be taken care of! More

This last interaction has been horrible my truck has been to the shop 3 times for the same problem. The truck wouldn’t start but was turning over. First I was told it needed a battery after it was checked ou to the shop 3 times for the same problem. The truck wouldn’t start but was turning over. Less than a week later it does the same thing. I have it towed back couple days later I’m told it’s the fuse box. I had a meeting with the service manager and he was rude and kept cutting me off I feel like I have been ripped off. More
