A young salesman came out while I was looking at a Jeep Wrangler and I asked him If they have received their diesel Wranglers yet he said "no Wranglers do not come with diesel". " You must be talking about the Ram truck" I shared what a disappointment it was that this gentleman walking up while I'm looking at a Wrangler knows so little about them. His response was "no one told me." What level of education or training does one need to sell $60,000 + vehicles at I-10 jeep? Next to your home purchase the car is the next largest purchase most people make. I said "maybe you should take some ambition and learn about the cars your selling." I left walked back to the service department concerned what knowledge did the mechanic have working on my Wrangler that I brought in for service that day, The salesman made such a poor impression I didn't bother remembering his name so please don't contact me and ask wasn't worth my effort. Never have I had as bad situation as this one. I bought lifetime maintenance to supplement the life time powertrain on my Dodge Journey. Now I find out that this lifetime maintenance is NOT being honered a lifetime maintenance to supplement the life time powertrain on my Dodge Journey. Andy was the reason I came into the service department. He was enjoyable to work with. I was using a friends vehicle for a few days and the window fell down.
