Drivers side view window broken by worker and no one said a word. Spoke with Steven Morrone and still not fixed as of 1/30/20. Exactly a month later I'm still riding around with a broken mirror that was broke by one of your workers. I came in for Oil Change and came out to this and the inexcusable part was the employee didn't say a word, he just parked my car and they brought me my keys just like they hadn't done anything at all. This is "NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL" What kind of customer service is this that your worker damages a customers car and you don't rectify the situation on top of having her pay for the oil change. Disloyal employees and no one seems to care about the customer. I need my window fixed ASAP and a call from the District Manager as well with an explanation as to why I'm still riding around with a broke mirror from a month ago. Customer ID# 154628330 More

Sneaky only want to sell cars I wanted to lease a new Nissan, but was manhandled to buy my old lease. I got such a terrible "deal", they are awful to customers, I kept on insisting I wanted to lease a new Nissan, but was manhandled to buy my old lease. I got such a terrible "deal", they are awful to customers, I kept on insisting and demanding on leaving but they kept stalling and keeping my car keys!! I felt coerced to comply just so I could go home. I had my 2 yo grandson so I needed to leave as soon as possible and was basically handcuffed from leaving. I got a car with a blue book value of 18k but a loan of over 33k. This was a robbery. More
