Drivers side view window broken by worker and no one said a word. Spoke with Steven Morrone and still not fixed as of 1/30/20. Exactly a month later I'm still riding around with a broken mirror that was broke by one of your workers. I came in for Oil Change and came out to this and the inexcusable part was the employee didn't say a word, he just parked my car and they brought me my keys just like they hadn't done anything at all. This is "NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL" What kind of customer service is this that your worker damages a customers car and you don't rectify the situation on top of having her pay for the oil change. Disloyal employees and no one seems to care about the customer.
