Had truck checked for rattling noise underneath. Service tech ran VIN and immediately told me truck was in previous accident and no warranty would cover damage from accident. This was w/o even knowing what accident damage was.....fender bender etc. He checked alignment and it was fine. Turns out something flew up off road and bent exhaust hangar and right rear shock....this is 1 year after I purchased it not from right front accident. I paid upfront for a new shock and installation 3 weeks ago and never heard from anyone again. Not impressed. I would add someone very annoying from sales called me more than once insisting I trade my truck for a new one telling me how good a condition it was in and offering me much more than it was worth in his opinion. Lets get something straight.....truck is used for work and is nasty inside from concrete dust and has various dings scrapes and other damage from the industrial business I own. I looked on line and "we buy any car" offered me more than your sales guy. I find the persistence and bs from your sales guy insulting. I buy 3 to 4 vehichles a year and pay cash........next one will not be a Nissan. Maybe someone will call me to replace the shock and labor I paid for last month or maybe you will just keep my money. I could care less.........not interested in doung any more business with WPB Nissan. More
